Our refund and exchange policy is for online and in-store purchases.
If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 working days providing the items are unworn and the Dapper Beast tags are still attached. So if the size doesn't work or its an unwanted gift, we can offer you an exchange.
Refunds are Eligible if:
The wrong product was sent by the Dapper Beast.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
If you wish to return an item bought online or in-store you must return it to our office within 5 working days and should be returned in the condition it was sold. We will not refund you if the item has been worn or the Dapper Beast tags have been removed.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, it should meet the following conditions:
- Dapper Beast and third-party (if applicable) authenticity tags must be intact and should still be attached to the item as it was sold. If removed, the item will not be accepted as original and you will not be able to return it.
- Items must be returned in the original box provided and contain all receipts, laces, tags, and accessories.
- All items are checked by our team to ensure their authenticity and condition before being shipped. Any Item that has been worn or show signs of customer damage will not be accepted.
To complete your return, you must include your receipt or proof of purchase from our store.
We reserve the right to deny your request if the products returned do not meet our Refund Policy requirements.
